All of our candles are handmade, making each candle unique. They may have some imperfections and colour variations. 

Refunds
As all of our candles are custom made we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Damaged Stock

Despite our best efforts unfortunately due to the delicate nature of the our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling, please email us at hello@lovedbylucy.com.au and we will issue you with replacement.
